Anonymous by default: merchants see a random member ID, other members never see who you are, and we never sell your data.
Privacy-first by design
InvisiSave is built to know as little about you as possible while still paying you correctly. We collect the minimum needed to verify one real person, attribute a purchase, and send money.
Anonymous member IDs
Every member is represented publicly by an opaque member ID (for example u0931…). Merchants and affiliate networks receive only that ID with a click or purchase — never your name, email, or phone number.
Inside the community, other members see only anonymous member IDs and reward totals. They cannot see your identity, your email, or your individual purchases.
What we collect
- Your email address, used to sign in and to send account notices.
- Your verified mobile number, used for anti-fraud verification and as your payout destination.
- Purchase confirmations from affiliate networks: merchant, order reference, amount, and commission.
- Basic region information used to display your home currency and nearby offers.
Tax verification without storing your SSN
W-9 verification is performed through a third-party IRS TIN matching provider. We pass your details to that provider for a match and store only the verification result, your legal name, and the last four digits of your taxpayer ID.
We do not store your full Social Security number or taxpayer identification number.
Aggregated and de-identified insights
From time to time we compile, analyze, and may share or license aggregated, anonymized macro shopping trends, retail benchmarks, and market research data. These insights combine millions of transactions into high-level patterns such as category popularity, seasonal spend curves, or average rebate rates by region.
Before any dataset leaves InvisiSave it is stripped of names, emails, phone numbers, member IDs, device identifiers, and any other information that could be linked back to an individual member or household. The results are statistics about groups, never about you.
Retention and your choices
- Transaction records are retained as long as required for tax, audit, and anti-fraud purposes.
- You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time.
- Deleting your account removes your personal details; anonymized reward records may be retained where the law requires it.
Security and contact
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to member data is restricted to the systems that need it.
Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to support through the app.
